For Leaders

Lead like someone people choose to follow

You were promoted for what you know. What decides the rest of your career is how you handle pressure, conflict, and the people around you. Those are trainable skills, and this is where they get measured.

What actually changes

You stop reacting

The gap between what happens and how you respond is where your credibility lives. Most leaders have never been taught to widen it. We work on impulse control and stress tolerance until staying steady under pressure is your default, not your effort.

Hard conversations get shorter

The feedback you have been putting off, the performance issue you keep working around, the peer who undercuts you in meetings. Assertiveness and empathy are separate skills, and most people are strong in one and weak in the other. We find your gap and close it.

Your team starts telling you things

People do not withhold information because they are disloyal. They withhold it because of how the last person reacted. When your team can predict how you will respond, they bring you problems while they are still small.

How an engagement works

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call. If it is a fit, you complete the MHS EQ-i 2.0, and we spend an hour going through your results together in plain language, against the situations you are actually dealing with.

From there, monthly coaching is three one-hour sessions. We work on the two or three subskills that will move the most for you, and I hold you to what you said you would practice in between. Most engagements run three to six months, which is roughly how long it takes for a new habit to stop feeling like effort.

Everything is one-on-one and can be virtual or in person.

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes, no cost. Tell me what is going on with your role or your team and I will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool for it.
